ACSRF is a self-administered fund, meaning the administration of all contributions and benefit payments are handled by our own Fund staff. This ‘hands on’ approach allows straight through processing so that any queries can be dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner in comparison with outsourced administration services where lengthy delays can be the norm. The Fund’s staff report to the Trustee Board.
