What is ‘Ask an Adviser’?

 
Do you have a question, but you’re not sure if you need to see a financial planner yet?

A new service to all ACSRF members, the Ask an Adviser website allows you to browse through frequently asked questions and fact sheets to find your answer, or ask one yourself!

  1. Frequently asked questions: Browse through FAQs that are categorised into financial topics such as superannuation, insurance, retirement, tax, investing etc. A keyword search tool has been developed to assist you find information.

  2. Fact sheets: For further information on certain topics, order a fact sheet online and it will instantly be emailed to you.

  3. Ask a question: You can ask a specific general advice question via the ‘Ask us a question’ tool. Depending on the nature of your query, our advisers may be able to address your concerns by reply email or over the phone. However, if your query is more complex, they may recommend making a face-to-face obligation-free appointment to discuss your needs in greater detail.
