Our Members Online service for Superannuation and Allocated Pension Plan members is easy to access, simple and secure to use. It includes a wealth of information about your account and allows you to update some of your details online.

Accessing Members Online
STEP 1: RegisterIf this is your first visit to ACSRF Members Online and you have not already registered, you will need to do so before you will be able to view your account details online. Please proceed directly to the Registration page by clicking the ‘Register’ button below and then follow the prompts.
You will need the following information in order to complete your registration:
- your Client ID number (listed in the top right hand corner on page 1 of your most recent benefit statement—please note that this is different from your member number.)
- your first name, surname, date of birth and mailing address postcode, and you will then need to set your password, security question and security answer.
STEP 2: Login
If you are an existing user, having already registered for Members Online, please proceed direct to the Login page by clicking the ‘Login’ button below.
What are some of the benefits of accessing Members Online?
Accessing ACSRF’s Members Online will enable you to view your personal superannuation
and/or pension account information from any computer with Internet access* at any
time**. These details include your:
- contact details
- nominated beneficiaries
- investment profile
- balance and transaction history
- unit price history
- benefit estimate with taxation and preservation components
- insurance cover and
- pension details
- changing your password
- updating your mailing and residential address details and contact phone number
- adding your tax file number (if not previously submitted) and
- adding/updating your email address.
Stay informed
Our main website has an array of information, calculators and tools that can help
you to stay informed about superannuation in addition to your particular benefits
of membership with ACSRF. Combined with our Members Online service, you will have
a comprehensive suite of information at your fingertips at any time.
Security Information
Any information that you send to us is encoded with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption
technology. SSL is the chief security protocol on the Internet. All pages that reside
on an SSL secure server are protected by powerful encryption routines as information
travels to and from the server over the Internet.
ACSRF uses an international security certificate supplied by Verisign.
The latest web browsers allow you to easily verify the security certificate details of SSL secured pages. When you are viewing a page which is on the secure server:
- Using Windows and Netscape 6 and above, right click on the page and select "View Page Info" from the menu, then select the Security tab.
- Using Windows and Internet Explorer 5 and above, right click on the page and select "Properties" from the menu, and then click the Certificates button.
