Pandemic plan

In the event of a pandemic situation, ACSRF has developed a plan to ensure the continued operation of the Fund and provision of essential services to members
It may not be possible for ACSRF to provide all regular services to members during a pandemic, however, we will notify you of any changes to the services we provide via our website. We have prioritised all of our business functions so that during a pandemic, precedence will be given to carrying out the most essential functions to ensure the protection of your benefits and the safety of staff. Please be aware that some services may need to cease during this period, such as seminars and member appointments. As ACSRF staff may also be affected, please communicate with the Fund via email. During a pandemic, ACSRF will communicate with members via our website and by email. To assist us in keeping you informed if a pandemic event does occur, we encourage you to provide us with your email address and to keep it updated by logging on to our Members Online facility.
